| At $140 bucks a barrel or
$4.00 a gallon any savings in fuel is worth exploring. While driving my
truck through Utah one night I overheard a conversation on the CB about
hydrogen boosters. I was very intrigued and decided to check out the web
site they were referring too. www.hydrogengarage.com
One hour on the site and I couldn't wait to get home and build my own
hydrogen booster.
I started with stainless steel cover
plates and a water filter container from Lowes. I found stainless steel
threaded rod, nuts and washers at Crain Hardware. Once the unit was
completed I installed it on my 1986 Mazda 626 with 170000 miles. It
averages 30 MPG in stock form. Could I do any better? What are the chances
of 40-50-60 miles per gallon? This is my new quest. I will update this
site with the results of my research, good and bad. |
